At the Oct. 6, 2026 council meeting, Councilman Greg Elgin said the county's existing Flock contract (10 cameras) had been cancelled and the county would not keep the cameras (council minutes). An ordinance banning county use of Flock cameras passed second reading unanimously Oct. 20 (Anderson Observer).
