Aug 2026 · Contract canceled
Henry County, MO
Henry County, Missouri, Sheriff Aaron N. Brown announced August 10, 2026 that the sheriff’s office will not renew its Flock Safety LPR agreement when the current term expires March 11, 2027. The program began earlier in 2026 through a State of Missouri grant. Brown said the system assisted investigations in its first five months but that public trust and constitutional principles weighed against continuing past the grant term.
