Mill Valley, CA
The city suspended its Flock plate reader and live-feed cameras, disabled since Sept. 9, 2026, after Flock changed its terms of use without the enforceable data protections the city requires; it plans to return to the City Council with recommendations in February 2027 (City of Mill Valley statement, Oct. 19).
