West Virginia House members ask Flock to testify under oath Nov. 9
Four members of the House Government Organization Committee invited Flock Safety to send a representative to testify under oath at a Nov. 9, 2026 public meeting at the state Capitol in Charleston. Lawmakers said they were unsatisfied with prior written answers on security incidents, employee data access, and false-positive rates. In an Oct. 9 letter, Flock Chief Legal Officer Dan Haley said the company did not request an off-the-record meeting, stands by its West Virginia record, and remains willing to meet. Lawmakers asked Flock to confirm attendance by Oct. 19.
