Police credit a Flock camera in the arrest of a Brooklyn Center teen charged in a Shakopee park killing
An 18-year-old from Brooklyn Center was charged in Scott County District Court with second-degree murder in the Oct. 4 shooting death of a 53-year-old Shakopee landscape operator. He has been charged, not convicted. The criminal complaint says a police Flock camera had logged the victim's missing pickup truck in Brooklyn Center, which led to the Oct. 6 arrest. Shakopee Police Chief Jamie Pearson told the Star Tribune that Flock was instrumental in locating the vehicle.
